Michelle is a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, guiding organizations through periods of rapid growth, M&A integration, and organizational transformation. She brings deep expertise in human capital strategy, talent acquisition/search, workforce planning, Human Resources, and individual coaching — with a consistent track record of building high-performing teams and scalable HR operations.
